Gov. Howard Dean to Campaign for Change in North Dakota
November 5, 2008 - On Saturday, November 1st DNC Chairman Howard Dean will campaign on behalf of the Obama-Biden ticket in Grand Forks and Fargo, North Dakota. Dean will headline rallies in both those cities as part of the Democratic Party's national Get Out the Vote effort. This is Dean's first visit to North Dakota of the 2008 General Election.
